M’sila/ Today, Sunday, 18 October 2026, Mr Nadjm Eddine Tayar, Wali of M’Sila, presided over the opening ceremony of the 9th National Photography Exhibition, held at the Martyr Guenfoud El Hamlaoui House of Culture under the slogan “A Lens That Documents a Nation’s Memory”.
The ceremony was attended by the Head of the Daïra of M’Sila, the Director of Culture and Arts, the Director of Youth and Sports, the Director of Tourism and Handicrafts, the Director of Vocational Training and Education, the Director of Social Action and Solidarity, the President of the People’s Communal Assembly of M’Sila, the Director of the Martyr Guenfoud El Hamlaoui House of Culture, as well as cultural and artistic professionals and representatives.
The Wali toured the exhibition stands and received explanations from the participating photographers about the photographs on display.
The 9th National Photography Exhibition runs for three days, from 18 to 20 October 2026, and brings together 30 photographers from 20 wilayas.
