M’Sila / As part of the continued monitoring of the implementation of various development projects and vital infrastructure across the municipalities of the province’s districts, with a view to putting them into service, and ensuring that the needs expressed by citizens are adequately addressed, Mr. Nadjem Eddine Tayyar, Governor of M’Sila Province, conducted a working visit and inspection of development projects and public facilities in the municipality of M’Sila on the afternoon of Saturday, November 7, 2026. The visit was attended by members of the Provincial Security Committee and the Head of M’Sila District.
During the visit, the Governor inspected the following sites:
Municipality of M’Sila:
- The square located next to El Afrah Cinema Hall.
- The square opposite El K’sab Hotel.
The Governor emphasized the need to study proposals for the rehabilitation and development of these two squares into green spaces and recreational facilities, featuring a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing design that reflects the rich historical character of this ancient city, while also providing designated parking areas.
