M’sila/ As part of ongoing efforts to monitor the implementation of various development and strategic infrastructure projects across the municipalities of the wilaya, with a view to bringing them into service, and to assess how citizens’ expressed needs are being addressed, Mr. Nadjm Eddine Tayar, Wali of the Wilaya of M’Sila, conducted a working visit and inspection of development projects and public facilities in the Municipality of M’Sila on the afternoon of Wednesday, 14 October 2026. He was accompanied by the Head of the Daïra of M’Sila, the Director of Urban Planning, Architecture and Construction, and the President of the People’s Communal Assembly of M’Sila.
During the visit, the Wali inspected the following projects:
Municipality of M’Sila:
- Inspection of the improvement works at the roundabout in front of the Wilaya Security Directorate headquarters.
- Inspection of the works to improve the southern entrance to the city of M’Sila, near pumping station SP3.
The Wali stressed the need to:
- Accelerate the pace of work by reinforcing construction sites and ensuring compliance with construction standards and deadlines.
- Ensure daily and periodic monitoring of all projects and strengthen coordination among the various departments to guarantee their handover within the specified deadlines.
