M’sila/ Mr Nadjm Eddine Tayar, Wali of the Wilaya of M’Sila, chaired a coordination meeting on Sunday, 11 October 2026, in the Nourddine Sahraoui Meeting Room at the Wilaya headquarters. The meeting was attended by the Secretary-General of the Wilaya; the Director of Local Administration; the Director of Public Facilities; representatives of the security services; the Director of Planning and Budget Monitoring; the Budgetary Controller; the Wilaya Treasurer; the Director of State Property; the Director of Urban Planning, Architecture and Construction; the Director of Education; the Director of Health; the Director of Youth and Sports; the Director of Culture; the Director of Mujahideen Affairs; the Director of Land Surveying and Land Registry; the Director of the M’Sila Electricity and Gas Distribution Company; heads of the Public Facilities subdivisions; department heads; an attaché from the Wali’s office; managers of construction companies; and representatives of design and engineering firms.
The agenda focused on reviewing and assessing the progress of the various projects managed by the Directorate of Public Facilities.
Following the presentations, the Wali issued the following instructions and directives:
- Review and regularise the register of development projects and close out completed operations;
- Address delays recorded in the implementation of certain development projects;
- Ensure continuous on-site monitoring of all development projects;
- Complete school facilities for all educational stages scheduled to open in November and December 2026;
- Ensure periodic on-site monitoring of development project progress through ongoing coordination among all relevant departments and services.
