Following the administrative reshuffle carried out by the President of the Republic, Mr Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on 22 September 2026, involving the appointment of Walis and Delegated Walis, Mr Saïd Saïoud, Minister of the Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, presided over the installation ceremony of Mr Omarani Attal as Wali of the Wilaya of Bou Saâda on Monday, 5 October 2026.
The ceremony was attended by Mr Nadjm Eddine Tayar, Wali of the Wilaya of M’Sila, along with the President of the Wilaya People’s Assembly, representatives of the judicial authorities, military and security authorities, members of both chambers of Parliament, members of the revolutionary family, the local delegate of the Republic’s Mediator, the Secretary-General of the Wilaya of M’Sila, the Secretary-General of the Wilaya of Bou Saâda, the Inspector General of the Wilaya of Bou Saâda, Heads of Daïras, directors of the various executive departments, presidents of the People’s Communal Assemblies, local dignitaries, representatives of civil society and voluntary associations, and members of the media.
