M’SILA/ On Monday, 26 October 2026, Mr. Nadjmeddine Tayar, Wali of M’Sila, received Mr. Laânasri Mohamed Amziane, Director General of the National Office of Agricultural Lands (ONTA), at the Wilaya headquarters, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Wilaya and the Director of the M’Sila Unit of the National Office of Agricultural Lands.
This meeting falls within the framework of the duties and activities of the Technical Committee for the Promotion of Agricultural Investment across the municipalities of M’Sila Province.
