M’sila/ On the afternoon of Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Mr. Nadjmeddine Tayyar, Wali (Governor) of M’Sila Province, chaired a meeting of the provincial committee responsible for monitoring and regularizing investment projects.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary-General of the Province; the Director of Industry; the Director of State Property; the Director of Urban Planning, Architecture and Construction; the Director of Tourism and Handicrafts; the Director of Energy and Mines; the Director of the Environment; the Director of Land Surveying and Land Registration; the Director of the Decentralized One-Stop Shop of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI); as well as department heads and an officer from the Governor’s Office.
Agenda:
Reviewing the proposed activities for land plots intended to be listed on the Investor’s Digital Platform.
Following the presentations delivered by the directors of the relevant sectors, the Wali issued the following instructions:
- The land plots have been identified and allocated according to the proposed activities for inclusion on the Investor’s Digital Platform. A total of 17 plots have been designated for the implementation of investment projects.
- Ensure coordination among the various relevant departments and institutions to establish and maintain an up-to-date economic land portfolio, including the proposed economic activities, with accurate, current and usable data, free from any constraints or obstacles.
