M’sila / Mr. Nadjm-Eddine Tayyar, Wali of the Wilaya, presided, on the morning of Sunday, 4 October 2026, over the official opening ceremony of the vocational training session for October 2026, held at the “Moudjahid Kebouia Ibrahim 01” Vocational Training and Apprenticeship Centre in M’sila.
The ceremony was attended by the President of the Wilaya People’s Assembly, members of the Wilaya Security Commission, Members of Parliament, the local delegate of the Mediator of the Republic, the Director of Vocational Training and Education, the University Rector, the Director of Civil Protection, the Head of the Daïra of M’sila, Directors of the Wilaya Executive Departments, the President of the Municipal People’s Assembly of M’sila, Directors of public units, institutions and organizations, Directors of economic and production units, the Director of the “Moudjahid Kebouia Ibrahim 01” Vocational Training and Apprenticeship Centre in M’sila, as well as executives, trainers and trainees from the vocational training and education sector and representatives of the media.
The ceremony began with the national anthem, followed by a welcoming address delivered by the Director of the sector at the wilaya level, who also presented a briefing on the vocational training and education sector and the vocational training session for October 2026.
Mr. the Wali then delivered an address on the occasion, commending the efforts made within the sector to improve its performance and development across all areas. He emphasized the importance of vocational training and apprenticeship in promoting economic development, strengthening digitalization and digital systems, and providing qualified and well-trained human resources for all sectors and fields.
He also stressed the importance of providing young people with the necessary skills and opportunities to develop their creativity, innovate and bring forward new ideas, particularly through innovative projects and startups.
These efforts are intended to support local development and contribute to the implementation of the various development programmes in the wilaya, while promoting an entrepreneurial culture, encouraging investment and strengthening the digital ecosystem in Algeria under the leadership of Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of the Republic.
On the sidelines of the ceremony, Mr. the Wali presided over the signing of a protocol agreement between the Directorate of Vocational Training and Education and several active partners. These agreements form part of the State’s policy aimed at achieving development objectives by strengthening the vocational training sector’s engagement with its economic and social environment.
At the end of the ceremony, Mr. the Wali and the accompanying delegation visited the training workshops at the Vocational Training and Apprenticeship Centre. The visit included presentations and explanations concerning the various specialties offered during this training session.
On this occasion, Mr. the Wali expressed his wishes to the entire vocational training and education community for a successful and productive training year at all levels.
Finally, Mr. the Wali presided over the ceremony honouring the winners of the Regional Vocational Olympiad, 2026 edition.
